House DDR’dam was part of the monthly tour This is how I want to live (zo wil ik wonen) organised by the Architectural Institute Rotterdam (AIR).
During such a tour, the participants visit a specific house in Rotterdam and question the architect on his or her ideas and on the realisation.
Before explaining the house, each participant could discover the spatial aspects of the house DDR’dam on their own, by first entering in small groups. Only after, the whole group entered the house and more information was given, they could ask questions or share their impressions.
