A vibrant city has an appealing street scene. Rotterdamse Nieuwe therefore collaborates with Tussentijd Rotterdam to lower shops vacancy. Young entrepreneurs are given the possibility to come with their plans and concepts. Out of this the owner of the vacant shop space selects a winner, who can start up his or her business at a lowered rent.
